'She Makes Me Wanna' has topped the chart giving JLS their fourth No. 1.
The boys released their new single on Sunday morning but there was though competition to get to the top from fellow boy band The Wanted.
The Wanted's 'Glad You Came' has spent the last two weeks at the top of The Vodafone Big Top 40 but that didn't stop JLS stealing their crown.
Elsewhere in the chart, there was a surprise new entry in this week's top 10. Following the sad news about Amy Winehouse from the weekend, fans have been downloading her songs to pay tribute to the singer who died at the age of 27.
Amy's 2007 hit 'Back To Black' was the song most of you were downloading and by lock down at 6pm on Sunday it had made it to No. 10 in our chart.
