The boy band are hoping to scoop the prize for a second time at next months BRITs in London.
JLS have admitted that they believe the award for Best British Single at the BRITs 2012 is the most important award.
The 'Do You Feel What I Feel' band confessed that it is "amazing" to be nominated again and hope to take home the award for the second time.
Speaking to Capital FM's Rich Clarke, Marvin said: "[It's] the most important award I would say.
"For us you know obviously we won the award two years ago [with] 'Beat Again', so for us to be back here again in 2012 with 'She Makes Me Wanna' – a song that we've written ourselves, is just amazing. Fingers crossed we might win it again."
The boy band will go up against the likes of One Direction, Example, Jessie J and Olly Murs at the O2 Arena in London, the shortlist being made up of the acts with the most amount of commercial radio air play and sales in 2011.
