The 'Dance Again' singer's video shoot for her new song was interrupted after reports of a gun going off.
Jennifer Lopez' video shoot for her new single 'Live It Up' was suddenly interrupted over the weekend after gun shots were heard close by.
The 'Goin' In' singer was filming the music video for her latest Pitbull team-up, the lead single from her upcoming tenth studio album, out in Fort Lauderdale in Florida on Sunday (5th may).
However, the former American Idol judge was rushed to safety by her team after a gun was heard going off in the area, casting a pall over the exciting new video shoot.
"BREAKING: Gunshots fired on Fort Lauderdale Beach DURING my JLo interview," television presenter Rob Marciano tweeted on Sunday. "No kidding. Security scrambled her away."

The presenter later tweeted to say police had confirmed on one was hit in the incident, while Jennifer is reported to have headed straight back onto the video set after being given the all-clear.
'Live It Up' will mark Jennifer's fifth collaboration with rapper Pitbull over the course of her career, after her most recent team-up on the song 'Dance Again'.

The singer has also teamed up with R&B star Chris Brown for a duet on her new album, which she recently revealed as a similar vibe to her old-school hit 'Jenny From The Block'.
