The '99 Problems' rapper says the 'R.I.P.' singer brings excitement and energy where ever she goes.
Jay-Z has hailed his Roc Nation signing Rita Ora and says the 21 year-old singer has an "infectious" energy.
The 'Empire State Of Mind' rapper signed the 'How We Do (Party)' star to his Roc Nation label back in 2009, and says she has the potential to be a hugely successful artist.
"She's one of the people that, if you were in the position, you say, 'I"m gonna help her get her dream out and then we'll see what happens'," Jay-Z told MTV News this week. "I think her energy is infectious, because out of the gate, two number ones in London and she'll just continue to grow from there.
"You could just feel the excitement and the energy when she walks in the room, the room really changes," the '99 Problems' rapper explained. "I know a lot of people say that and it gets to be cliché, but when she walks into a room, her energy picks you up."
Rita recently told capitalfm she felt comfortable around the 'Young Forever' rapper as soon as she met him, and describes Jay-Z as "such a cool guy" that has been a pleasure to work with.
Yesterday (16th May) Rita unveiled a brand new tour video diary charting some of her recent concert performances across New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
Rita Ora is currently enjoying her second week at number one on the Vodafone Big Top 40 with her debut solo single 'R.I.P.' featuring Tinie Tempah.
