The 'Whistle' star is working hard to perfect his muscles for the ladies at Wembley Stadium.

Flo Rida has revealed that he is doing a 1000 sit-ups a day to get into perfect shape for Capital FM's Summertime Ball.

The 'Whistle' rapper, who is well known for his muscly physique, will join the likes of Katy Perry, Usher and Justin Bieber at Wembley Stadium on Saturday (9th June).

Speaking to Capital FM ahead of his performance, Flo Rida said he wanted to look good for his female fans in the audience.

"I'm doing a 1000 sit-ups [a day]," he said. "I take my trainer on the road with me, so I'm doing boxing, a lot of cardio, a lot of free weightlifting.

"I've got to look really sexy for the ladies."

The Wanted, Coldplay, Pitbull, Jessie J and Ed Sheeran are also set to perform at the Summertime Ball this weekend.
