The 'Heaven' singer-songwriter will take to the stage on the BBC One talent show in May.
Emeli Sande has been announced as the first guest performer for the live shows of BBC's new talent show The Voice UK.
The 'Read All About It' singer will perform on the popular reality show once live shows begin in May, after the auditions and battle phases end later this month.
"Our first confirmed guest performer for #TheVoiceUK live shows is… @emelisande!" The Voice UK announced yesterday evening (11th April). "She's amazing. We're excited. Details soon."
"@emelisande Hey Emeli, hope you're easy like a Sande morning (hmm)! Welcome to #TeamVoice x," The Voice UK tweeted to the Scottish singer after the announcement.
The 'Daddy' singer-songwriter released her debut studio album 'Our Version Of Events' back in February, which has since gone platinum in the UK.
Emeli Sande is due to continue her current British tour this evening (12th April) with a performance at the HMV Ritz in Manchester.
