The 'Do It All Over Again' also issues a thank you to fans for getting his single into the top five.
Elyar Fox has revealed that Union J gave him advice while out on the road recently, while also thanking fans for their support of his debut single 'Do It All Over Again'.
The UK singer-songwriter was one of the support acts on Union J's recent UK tour, and Elyar says it was a great experience getting to meet his fans up and down the country.
"There's definitely been a change since the Union J tour," Elyar revealed to the Daily Star. "I really liken eating the people that support me, I like them chatting to me."
The 'Do It All Over Again' star also revealed that Union J gave him some career advice during their 'Magazines & TV Screens' tour on the road.
"One of the things Josh said to me was, 'Do whatever you can before you start releasing music and all that attention hits you'," Elyar recalled. "If you can go play football, then go play football'."
The UK singer also thanked fans for helping him score a top five hit last weekend on the Vodafone Big Top 40 with his debut single.
"I was hoping for the top 10, everyone wants a number one, but the ideal for me was getting top 5," he added. "I'm really grateful to all the fans who have been supporting me."
