The 'A Team' singer says he and the legendary star will be singing one of his own songs.
Ed Sheeran has announced he will be performing a duet with Elton John at the Grammy Awards 2013.
The 'Lego House' star confirmed this week that he will be taking to the stage in Los Angeles next month for the annual awards ceremony, and announced yesterday (24th January) that he and 'Crocodile Rock' singer Elton will be performing together.
UK singer-songwriter Ed, who is up for a Song Of The Year Grammy for 'The A Team', also announced the two will be performing one of his own songs at the event.
"So the other bit of information about my […] performance was released today so I'll say it on here now," Ed teased in his confirmation tweet. "I'll be playing at the Grammys on the 10th of feb, singing a duet of one of my songs with Elton John, very excited about that!"
Earlier this week One Direction star Harry Styles said he was "so happy" for Ed to be playing the industry event, and described him as one of "the nicest guys in music".
