The rapper tells Capital FM his goal for 2012 as he speaks about his N-Dubz bandmates.
Dappy has said he believes at least one member of N-Dubz will become a massive star.
The rapper is currently promoting his new single 'Rockstar', while band mates Tulisa Contostavlos and Fazer are also working on their own projects.
Speaking to Capitalfm.com, Dappy said he was confident one member would "go big", but admitted he feared for the remaining two.
"Obviously Tulias's doing the X Factor thing and her own album. Fazer's doing the whole catwalk thing and his own production album," he said.
"I'm like, 'Wow, these lot are flying too – we've got to keep up with each other'. One of us is going to go big, one of us is going to go nuts."
Dappy continued: "We just got to make sure we can maintain. If Tulisa got massive it would be easy for me and Fazer to get lost in the drain."
Dappy added that his target in 2012 was to score three number one singles in a row.
"It makes you set a level for yourself and when it doesn't go to number one and you get one, one and two, you're devastated," he said. "It's still not bad, but you want one, one, one. You only live once - this is what I'm trying to do this year."
Dappy's new single 'Rockstar' features a guest appearance form legendary Queen guitarist Brian May.
