Christina Aguilera joins US reality show

Christina Aguilera is set to become one of the judges on US singing competition show 'The Voice'.

Entertainment Weekly reports that she has signed on to be a coach/judge on the show.

She teams up with Cee Lo Green and Maroon 5's Adam Levine who will also be judges.

In a statement she said: 'To be given the opportunity to help shape new artists careers and mentor them to see their dreams come to fruition is a task I welcome with open arms.'
