The 'Call My Name' star is preparing to perform her first ever solo arena dates this month.

Cheryl Cole has reportedly spent £2 Million on insuring her 'A Million Lights' UK tour as she wants to put on a "Cirque du Soleil-style show" for her fans.

The '3 Words' star will embark on her debut solo outing this week, performing in Belfast on 3rd October, and wants to "push herself to the limit" for the jaunt.

"Cheryl wants to put on a real Cirque du Soleil-style show and blow away her audience," a source close to the star told The Sun. "She's exchanged ideas with choreographers and is keen to push herself to the limit."

The multi-million pound insurance figure is a justification for the dangerous activities she will be hoping to complete on stage.

"Trouble is, that comes at a cost. The more dangerous the stunts, the more she will need to pay in insurance," added the insider. "If she gets injured the whole tour is put in jeopardy."

Cheryl has been busy in preparations for the tour for the past few months out in Los Angeles and was most recently seen on stage in Denmark, where she was also joined by new boyfriend Tre Holloway.

The Girls Aloud star was also spotted out with the backing dancer in London last week, as the pair enjoyed a romantic dinner in the capital.
