The 'Under The Sun' singer is now just facing odds of 1/6 that she will be back as a judge on the new series.
Bookies have slashed the odds of fan-favourite Cheryl Cole making a return to The X Factor UK this year.
The 'Call My Name' star has been widely rumoured for a return to the show this year for sometime, especially after the announcement that Simon Cowell will rejoin the judging panel for 2014.
Bookies are now offering odds as short as 1/6 following fresh rumours of a return for Cheryl over the weekend, with regular panelist Louis Walsh the only one with greater odds, at 1/20 through Paddy Power.
Rita Ora is another favourite for the panel line-up this year, followed by 2013 judge Nicole Scherzinger, former judge Dannii Minouge and Take That star Robbie Williams.
"It looks like Simon's butler catered dinners and apologies are doing the trick and Cheryl is virtually in the bag to return to our screens, with Louis and Rita in tow," a spokesperson for Paddy Power said this week.
Cheryl Cole has previously dismissed rumours of a return to The X Factor UK on Twitter.
