The 'Under The Sun' singer is said to be eyeing a 2014 date to release her next record.
Cheryl Cole has reportedly hired the management company behind X Factor acts like One Direction and Olly Murs to help guide her solo career.
The 'Call My Name' singer is known to have been back in the recording studio recently working on new music, with a representative for the star confirming she is now being looked after by Modest! Management.
"Cheryl has had enough time to get over all the big dramas in her life over the past few years," a source told The Sun. "She has really got the fire back in her belly and wants to throw herself into her career.
"The time is right," they added.
Cheryl now joins artists like Little Mix, Olly Murs and the phenomenally successful One Direction on the company's roster, as she prepares for her big musical comeback in 2014.
