The 'Something New' singer says she is enjoying the fact she has no plans for the rest of the year.

Cheryl Cole has revealed she has "no plans" to work on new music for the time being, after a hectic year of recording and releasing in 2012.

The 'Call My Name' star made a visit to Daybreak this morning (19th April) where she explained that Girls Aloud's reunion tour had put plans on hold to continue promoting her album 'A Million Lights', and says she now just wants to take some time out.

"It's exciting that I actually don't have any plans for once," Cheryl revealed on Daybreak. "I got a little way in with the third album and then decided to put it to one side so I could focus on the Girls Aloud tour, and that's just come to an end, so I actually don't know!"

Cheryl went on to explain she had originally planned to release another single from 'A Million Lights', rumoured to be 'Screw You' featuring Wretch 32, but says these plans have now been dropped.

"I had a third single planned but it kind of feels like that's like then, and I'm ready to move on," Cheryl added, before reassuring fans she will eventually get back in the studio.

"Music is my life, my first love, so that will always be part of what I'm doing," she confirmed. "But I don't have any plans right now."
