Cheryl Cole Set To Splash Out £6.75 Million On Luxury Home Near Alan Shearer?

The 'Call My Name' singer is said to be looking at purchasing a property on an area dubbed "millionaires' row" in Newcastle.

Cheryl Cole is apparently eyeing up a new luxury property in Newcastle worth £6.75 million.

The '3' Words' star had previously been reported to be looking at homes in Los Angeles with a move to the US on the cards.

However, the Daily Star claims the Girls Aloud star will be moving in just down the road from Newcastle United and England former footballer Alan Shearer.

Locals in the area call the Darras Hall village "millionaires' row" and is a short drive from the home she grew up in.

Estate agent Ben Pridden told the publication that the home is one of the best on offer in the area. 

"It is as impressive a house that exists in that location. It has fabulous entertaining space with all the requirements of a pop diva," he said. "It has a swimming pool for parties and of course for keeping fit.

"It also has a private gym and cinema for watching back her latest videos."

Meanwhile, the star was recently seen out in Las Vegas celebrating her 30th birthday.
