The 'Call My Name' star also uses an interview with Glamour to hit out at fans who call her "fat" on Twitter.
Cheryl Cole has opened up about her diet, revealing that Girls Aloud are partial to raw fish.
The singer made the revelation during an interview with Glamour, where she also hit back at internet trolls who call her "fat".
"Our diets have gone from one extreme to the other," Cheryl said. "It used to be Greggs pasties, now it's raw fish."
But the singer did assure the magazine that she enjoyed eating unhealthy food every now and then.
"One week I might have a few nights in, eating pizza and watching the X Factor now that I’m not on it," she said.
The 'Call My Name' star, who has reunited with Girls Aloud for a tour in 2013, said people who described her as fat were "causing women some serious issues" and compared internet trolling to "bullying".

"You can't call someone who’s a size six fat," she said. "An average woman is a size ten to 12, so if you’re calling me fat because I'm a size six (and I have never ever been bigger than an eight) you’re causing women some serious issues."
She added: "When you're on the receiving end of it, it's nothing short of bullying in the workplace."

Meanwhile, tickets for Girls Aloud's 2013 UK tour went on sale and demand was so high that the group have added an additional tour date in London.
The 'Something New' group will release a new greatest hits album 'Ten' next month before heading out on the jaunt next year.
