Items on Cheryl's £10million list include a new luxury home which must include a recording studio and space for her mum to move in - even though she thinks the pair reconciling could lead them to appear on Jeremy Kyle!

Ashley will also have to fork out for a no-expense-spared wedding and honeymoon, alongside a brand new wedding ring.

A close friend told The Sun "If Cheryl is to face public scrutiny over taking Ashley back she wants to know he is prepared to put his money where his mouth is."
