Cher Lloyd: Cheryl Cole Silence Is "A Shame"

Cher Lloyd has said that it is "a shame" that she has lost contact with Cheryl Cole.

The Girls Aloud star mentored the 'With Ur Love' singer during her time on The X Factor last year, but they have failed to keep in touch.

"No, I haven't really heard from her, which is a shame because we were quite close on the show," Cher said during an appearance on ITV's Daybreak.

"But you know, things happen, it was a TV show and I don't expect people to have to keep in contact with me."

Cher returned to The X Factor last weekend for the first time since coming fourth on the programme.

The singer performed her new single 'With Ur Love', which is taken from her forthcoming album 'Sitcks + Stones'.
