Cheryl Cole's happy Friday?

Cheryl Cole could be feeling good this Friday.

It's rumoured that Simon Cowell will finally confirm Cheryl as one of the judges for X Factor USA, when he announces the line-up for the show.

Black Eyed Peas' will.i.am was also confirmed as Cheryl's new manager, at the weekend and according to Simon Cowell, Cheryl is very happy about it.

Speaking at yesterday's launch for new show 'Red or Black' Simon exclusively confirmed to us, that he knew of the deal weeks ago...

"I knew about for a while. He's really into it and she seems happy...for once" said Cowell.
