Cher Lloyd's Mistaken For A Farmer

The 'Swagger Jagger' singer says people are confused by her accent.

X Factor star Cher Lloyd has revealed her fans think she's a farmer.

"People keep meeting me and saying I sound like a farmer," Cher spilled.

"Like 'oooh arrrgh'."

Cher, who missed out on the No. 1 spot on this weekend's Vodafone Big Top 40, is originally from Malvern in Worcestershire.

But being away from home so much is helping Cher to lose her farmer twang.

"Hopefully the accent's disappearing because I'm spending so much time in London," she told The Sun.

"I'm staying in hotels and it's not nice. I'd rather be home where my mummy does my washing."

Cher is set to launch her new album in November which will include collaborations with Mike Posner and Busta Rhymes.
