The 'Call Me Maybe' singer is set to take to the stage in Las Vegas this weekend for the ceremony.

Carly Rae Jepsen is the latest act to be confirmed for a performance at the Billboard Music Awards this weekend.

The Canadian singer-songwriter was announced for the line-up by Billboard earlier today (19th May), and will join an all-star line-up that already boasts the likes of Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, Usher and The Wanted.

Carly has found huge chart success over the past few months with her latest single 'Call Me Maybe', after being signed to Justin Bieber's Schoolboy Records label earlier this year.

The 26 year-old singer recently confirmed she has been back in the recording studio working on new music for the follow-up to 'Call Me Maybe'.

The Billboard Music Awards 2012 will also see performances from LMFAO, Carrie Underwood, Cee Lo Green and Kelly Clarkson, when it takes place live from Las Vegas this Sunday (20th May).
