Britney Spears kicked off her world tour in the US last night (June 16th).
The singer played a 22-song set at the Power Balance Pavilion in Sacramento, in California which featured recent hit single 'Hold It Against Me' and classic hits 'Toxic' and 'Till The World Ends'.
Brit tweeted a picture of herself with her boyfriend Jason Trawick backstage moments before she stepped onstage.
'It's opening night B**** Britney,' she wrote before later adding: 'Sacramento was on fire tonight. Can't sleep. WAY too much adrenaline right now.'
The singer is due to play three UK gigs later this year including a show at London's O2 Arena on October 27th, Birmingham's LG Arena (30th) and Manchester MEN Arena on November 6th.
She will continue her 33 date tour of the US with Nicki Minaj in San Jose tonight (June 17th).
