The 'Criminal' singer flashes her new rock at fiancé Jason Trawick's 40th Birthday party.

Britney Spears was pictured showing off her new engagement ring at a party in Las Vegas for fiancé Jason Trawick's 40^th Birthday on Friday night (16^th December).

The 'Femme Fatale' singer was all smiles at the Paris Hotel where she was also sporting an elegant short cream dress.

The star threw a lavish celebration for her former agent, which included a trip to the Chocolate Lounge at Sugar Factory where she presented Jason with spicy hot chocolate truffles and a 6-foot tall chocolate fountain.

The couple first got together in September 2009 when Jason stepped down as the star's agent.

Rumours had been circulating all day on Friday as to whether the pair were engaged after Britney posted on her Twitter account that she had received "the one present" she had been waiting for.

But it was confirmed by Britney on Saturday as she posted the news on her Twitter account following the party.
