The 'Countdown' singer becoming a mother for the first time was the number one searched for celebrity event.
Beyonce giving birth to her first child earlier this year has been named the most searched for celebrity event this year on search engine Bing.
The 'Love On Top' singer and husband Jay-Z welcomed daughter Blue Ivy Carter in January this year, and the birth has topped a list produced by the search engine ahead of other major celebrity events of 2012.
Jessica Simpson giving birth to her first child, a daughter called Maxwell Drew Johnson back in May, was second on the most searched events, while Whitney Houston's death in February is at number three.
The remainder of the list, published this week by Bing, also features the likes of Jersey Shore star Snooki and actress Jennifer Garner becoming mothers.
