The 'Someone Like You' singer is apparently looking to build a state of the art studio in her beachside pad.

Adele is reportedly looking at making major refurbishments to her £2 million Sussex home in a bid to make it more eco-friendly.

According to The Sun, the 'Rolling In The Deep' star's home will be powered by solar panels and feature her own recording studio.

A source told the publication: "Adele's house is something to behold. She's having loads of work done at the moment so she won't move in for a while. But when she does, she’ll have one of the most eco-friendly houses in the area."

The singer also owns a £7 million mansion in Surrey which she has previously claimed is haunted.

Meanwhile, the BRIT and Grammy Award winning artist was recently named as the richest young musician in a new poll from the Sunday Times after seeing her earnings rise £14 million in the past twelve months.
