The 'Someone Like You' singer premiered the hugely anticipated track this morning at 0:07hrs.
Adele's fans have been taking to Twitter to offer their praise of the singer's new song, and theme tune to the latest James Bond film, 'Skyfall'.
The 'Rolling In The Deep' star first confirmed her involvement with the track this past week after uploading an image of herself in the studio with the lyrics sheet for the track in front of her.
Twitter user @anyagrace said she was glad to see a Bond theme echoing that of Shirley Basset and Paul McCartney's previous efforts.
"Now THAT'S a Bond theme. Back to Bassey/McCartney standards," she tweeted
"How amazing is Adele!!! Omfg! Adele you are the most amazing woman on this planet," screamed @Shell_Adelexx.
There was similar praise from @Amberisthinking who wrote: "Just heard #skyfall for the first time. Holy jesus. It could not be more perfect."
"Another flawless tune from Adele x #Skyfall," added @ClaraB2104.
The song was made available to download straight after the premiere at 0:07hrs BST (London Time), and has immediately made its way inside the top three on the iTunes chart.
The track was produced by the '21' star's long standing musical partner Paul Epworth and the film's executives recently revealed how they couldn't wait for fans to hear the song.
