The 'Someone Like You' star saw a Ukrainian journalist storm the stage during her Best Pop Solo Performance win speech.
Adele's Grammy Awards 2013 stage invader has been arrested and charged with trespassing, it has been revealed.
A Ukrainian TV journalist stormed the stage as the singer accepted a prize on the night and was initially held backstage and spent the night in jail.
The Hollywood Reporter has now revealed he will face charges of trespassing in the coming months.
The incident occurred when the British star was picking up her award for Best Pop Solo Performance for 'Set Fire To The Rain' at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
The award was presented to the singer by Jennifer Lopez and rapper Pitbull when the Ukrainian presenter went to the mic and said "It's such an honour to receive this award – I love you Adele."
He also told The Hollywood Reporter about his decision to crash the stage in an interview following the event.
"My purpose was not get a seat and enjoy the view and enjoy the singers. Actually, I'm a reporter and it was part of my report," he said. "My purpose is to entertain and to show a different emotion of celebrities. I'm not a crazy guy. I just think differently."

The prize was Adele's ninth all time at the ceremony following her six award wins back in 2012.
