The 'Never Close Our Eyes' singer will appear in a special Halloween episode in the upcoming third series of the show.

Adam Lambert has been confirmed to make his TV acting debut in the ABC soap Pretty Little Liars.

The 'Trespassing' singer will make his guest appearance in a special Halloween edition of the programme which airs in October in the US.

The star will play himself in the hour long episode and perform two songs as he stars alongside Lucy Hale – who recently signed a deal with Hollywood records.

The singer recently told Capital that he would be willing to make an appearance in a Hollywood movie if the right role came along.

Meanwhile, the former American Idol runner-up is among the names being linked to one of the vacant positions on the judging panel of the music reality series following the departure of Jennifer Lopez and Aerosmith's Steven Tyler.
