Yorkshire Unilever Staff on Strike

Staff at the Yorkshire branch of Unilever walked out today, in a row over pensions.

The 24-hour strike is because the global company, which makes brands like Marmite and Hellman's Mayonnaise, want to scrap their final salary pensions.

It means staff at the Seacroft site could lose 40% of their pension.

2,500 people at 11 sites are on strike, production of brands including Dove, PG Tips and Pot Noodle are affected.
