Three Held in Scarborough Drugs Raids

Police in Scarborough have arrested three men on suspicion of supplying drugs after raids.

The suspects were arrested following a warrant under the Misuse of Drugs Act at a house on Valley Road at around 6.40pm on Wednesday 12 October 2011.

Officers found a large amount of Class A drugs and Class B drugs during the search as well as a substantial amount of cash.

The men, two 20-year-olds and one aged 24, were arrested on suspicion of possession of Class A and Class B drugs with intent to supply.

Two of the men are from the Merseyside area and the other man is local to Scarborough.

They're being questioned by police.
