Two teenagers have been arrested after a 16 year old girl was killed in a car crash in North Yorkshire.

It happened at 18:30 on Saturday on the A170 between Pickering and Scarborough.
The girl, from Pickering, was a passenger in a Vauxhall Corsa which overturned at Snainton. She was pronounced dead at the scene and the 18 year old driver was arrested after he was treated for minor injuries.
Another 18 year old who was driving a Ford Fiesta was arrested at the scene. Both men are also from Pickering.
