Paym makes it easy to pay back your  friends and family. Send money to anyone who is registered using just their mobile phone number – you can use Paym with your existing mobile banking or payments app.
 
To transfer money, select who you want to pay from your contacts or enter their mobile number and as long as they’re registered with their bank or building society you're sorted... it's that easy! You don’t need to  ask for their bank details, because all you need is a UK mobile phone number.
 
Paym all kicks off on Tuesday 29th April when you can start sending and receiving payments, you just need to make sure you’re registered.  Paym will be available to customers of nine banks and building societies: Bank of Scotland, Barclays, Cumberland Building Society, Danske Bank, Halifax, HSBC, Lloyds Bank, Santander and TSB.
