Join the Party Capital Network, – (2nd- 7th June)
RULES
1.       The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/   (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Join The Party’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 2nd - 7th June on Capital Network.
2.       Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
3.       To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to http://www.capitalfm.com, watch a video of Jack and Conor and answer the question to be in with a chance of winning.  
4.       Online entry will open at 00:01 on 2nd June and close at 23:59 on the 7th June.
5.       One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries, and will be contacted by telephone phone after the competition has closed.  If Global are unable to reach the winner within 48 hours of our first attempt at contact, Global reserves the right to forfeit their prize and select another winner at random.

Eligibility:
6.       The winner must be 18 years or over to receive the prize.
7.       The winner must be available on the 10th June to attend the event and be eligible of winning the prize.
8.       Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
9.       There is one prize package including two Golden Circle tickets to the Summertime Ball with an exclusive meet and greet with Jack and Conor. Travel and accommodation:
10.   Golden Circle tickets x 2. If the winner ‘s chosen guest is under the age of 12 they will not be permitted to receive standing golden circle tickets but level 1 tickets to the same value. No under 12’s can stand at Wembley.
11.   Meet & Greet with Jack and Conor - The meet and greet time will be given in advance to the winner. If the winner fails to turn up at the predisposed time the winner risks forfeiting the meet and greet.
12.   The prize includes, return train travel for two people to London on Saturday 10th June – Sunday 11th June 2017. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organizer and will be on Saturday 10th June – Sunday 11th June 2017. Travel will be by train and must be off peak.
 
13.   Return private transfers from the station to the hotel. Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers
 
14.   Overnight accommodation at the Ibis Wembely Hotel. Hotel is classed as a 3 Star and is based on two people sharing a twin room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
15.   It is the winner’s responsibility to get to the venue in time for the event. Global Radio is not responsible if the winner is refused entry to the venue due to being late or in breach of the venue’s admission terms and conditions.
16.   All persons who wish to gain access to the Event must have a valid Ticket.
17.   This Ticket cannot be used for commercial, advertising or promotional purposes (e.g. hospitality packages, auctions, competitions) without the Management’s prior written consent. Any Ticket offered for sale, re-sold or transferred in such a manner will become void, and the Ticket holder may be refused admission or ejected without refund.
18.   While filming, recording and/or photographing the Event, the Promoter might focus on individual member(s) of the audience at the Event. You give your unconditional and irrevocable consent to the use, free of charge, of your voice and actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, transmission, promotion and/or other exploitation of any film or sound recording or photograph of the Event (and/or any element of such film or sound recording or photograph) in any and all media throughout the world.
19.   The winner and guest agree that he or she is subject to these Conditions and to the Venue Conditions.

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
