Vita Coco Competition across Capital FM London, Birmingham & Manchester June to July 2016

RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Vita Coco’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Wednesday 29th June 2016 to Friday 15th July 2016 on Capital FM London, Capital FM Birmingham and Capital FM Manchester (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to capitalfm.com and register their details.  Online entry will open at 17:00 on Wednesday 29th June 2016 and close at 23:59 on Friday 15th July 2016 on www.capitalfm.com.

Or an entrant can also register their details and enter the ‘Vita Coco’ competition with the Capital Street Stars at the following events;

London ‘Vita Coco, Coconut Grove Event’ on Friday 1st July 2016 at Potters Fields Park.

Manchester ‘Vita Coco, Coconut Grove Event’ Friday 8th July 2016 at Spinningfields.

Birmingham ‘Vita Coco, Coconut Grove Event’ Friday 15th July 2016 at St Martins Square.

4. Entrants will be required to answer the online question correctly to enter the competition.

5. A winner will be selected at random from all the correct and eligible entries at the close of the competition.
 
Eligibility:

6. An Entrant must be aged 18 years or over and have a valid passport to travel.
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize Terms & Conditions:

8. The prize consists of a 5 night break to The Bahamas for 2 people.
9. The prize includes return standard class flights from the UK to the Bahamas.
10. It also includes return airport transfers in the Bahamas for two people.
11. 5 nights’ accommodation at the 5 Star hotel in Nassau includes breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
12. Paddleboard Lessons: The lessons will last approximately 2.5 hours and will include all the necessary equipment. The winners should be competent swimmers in order to take part.
13. You and your chosen guest will be responsible for travel to and from the departure airport and all other personal expenses.
14. A travel insurance allowance of £40pp will be included. Winners must have travel insurance to travel
15. You both must have a valid machine-readable passport with minimum 6-month validity beyond the return date, with at least 2 unstamped pages and a visa (if applicable).
16. Travel is available for one year after the winner has been notified (subject to availability) but excludes Christmas and New Year (19th December 2016 – 7th January 2017), and Bank Holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended.
17. The prize winner must provide 6 weeks’ notice before preferred departure date.
18. No cash alternative is available, prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
19. At least one of the travelling party must be 18 years of age or older. If you (as the winner) are under the age of 18 years old, you must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 years of age or older.
20. Additionally, guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
