RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at [http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Tesco Mobile’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Friday 8th December 2017 to Sunday 17th December 2017 on Capital FM (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com and register their details. Online entry will open at 12:00 on 08.12.17 and close at 23:59 on 17.12.17.
4. Entrants must state who they would like to give a gift to this Christmas and why to enter.
5. Entries will be rolling with six winners selected from one pool of entries at specific times throughout the competition period as follows:
6. Winner 1 will be selected at 0900 on 11/12/17
7. Winner 2 will be selected at 0900 on 12/12/17
8. Winner 3 will be selected at 0900 on 13/12/17
9. Winner 4 will be selected at 0900 on 14/12/17
10. Winner 5 will be selected at 0900 on 15/12/17
11. Winner 6 will be selected after the competition closes.
12. The first 5 winners will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries and required to come to air in a winning moment with the presenter. The 6th and final winner will be notified by phone or email after the competition closes.
13. On air winners: If the winner cannot be contacted, after three attempts a new winner will be selected at random. This process will be repeated until a winner is successfully contacted and awarded their prize on air.

14. Entrants must be 18 or over to enter the competition
15. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

There will be a total of six winners, each winning the following:

Prize T&C’s:
16. Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
17. All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner
18. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion
