Samsung Bestival on Capital Network and Capital Xtra August/September 2017

RULES

  1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ & http://www.capitalxtra.com/terms-conditions/competition/ ) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to Samsung Online competition (the “Competition") which will run from Wednesday 30th August  2017 to Sunday 3rd September 2017 on Capital and Capital XTRA (the ‘radio station’)
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

  1. To enter the Competition an entrant must go online to either http://www.capitalfm.com/win/ or http://www.capitalxtra.com/win/ , answer the question on the Samsung competition page correctly and register their details. 
  2. Entry will open on Wednesday 30th August 00:00:01 and close Sunday 3rd September 2017 23:59:59
  3. From all valid entries, 1 x winner will be randomly selected and notified by telephone oe email after the competition has closed. If the selected winner does not answer their phone after 3 attempts by Global, their entry will become invalid and another winner will be selected. This selection process will continue until we confirm a winner.

 

Eligibility:

  1. Entrants and their guest must be aged 18 years old or over and have valid photo ID
  2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

 8.     Prizes: Each winner will receive

  • 1 x Pair of standard weekend camping tickets for Bestival on 7th-10th September 2017, Lulworth Estate, Dorset
  • 1 xSamsumg S8 Handset
  • £150

 Prize Terms and Conditions:

  1. Bestival Tickets will be sent out to the named winner and are non transferable
  2. No travel or accommodation is included in the prize
  3. Samsung Galaxy S8 Mobile Phone features include:

Internal memory 64GB

  1. Should the Samsung Galaxy S8 product be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice
  2. All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. 

  3. Cash will be sent via cheque or bank transfer to the named winner
  4. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
