‘Netflix – Red Carpet Promotion’ on Capital FM, January & February 2012
RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ )apply to ‘Netflix Red Carpet Game’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 30th January 2012 to Sunday 19th February 2012 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital fm.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the main prize competition an Entrant must:
3.1 Go online to www.capitalfm.com and answer a simple question and register their details to be entered into the main prize draw to win the trip to LA.
3.2 Online entry will open at 09:30 on Monday 30th January 2012 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 19th February 2012. One winner will be picked at random from all correct entries on Monday 20th February 2012.
3.3 The winner will be notified by e-mail and will need to accept the prize by contacting Global Radio within 24 hours or their prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected.
4. Once a user has entered the main prize competition detailed above, they can then enter for a chance to win one of the daily spot prizes. For a chance to win one of the daily spot prizes an Entrant must:
4.1 Go online to www.capitalfm.com and enter one of the 21 x promotional ‘superstar’ codes which will be available online via other media and social media outlets.
4.2 A clue about where a promotional code can be found will be released each day for the duration of the campaign and will be hosted on the competition page.
4.3 Once a valid code has been accepted, a star will light up on the Hollywood boulevard and the user will automatically entered into the daily prize draw.
4.4 Entrants may enter only 1 valid promotional code per day and entrants are restricted to using the same code once only throughout the duration of the competition. This means that in order to use all 21 x codes entrants must use 1 x code on each day of the competition.
4.6 Each daily draw will run from 00:00PM until 23:59PM and the daily draws will run from Monday 30th January 2012 until Sunday 19th February 2012. For each day that you enter a valid promotional code you will be entered into the draw at the end of that day. One winner will be picked at random from all entries on each day and will win the specified prize for that particular day.
4.7 Winners of the daily draws will be notified by e-mail within 24 hours of each daily prize draw. Winners will be asked to e-mail their name, phone number and postal address to emma.smith@thisisglobal.com within 14 days. If the winner does not send their postal address within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected at random from that particular days entries.
Eligibility:
5. All competition entrants must be aged 18 and over. For the main prize, at least one person travelling must be aged 21 and over.
6. Entry for each daily draw is restricted to one entry per person per day; duplicate entries will be removed.
7. Entry into the main prize competition is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
8. With regards to the main prize, winners and any accompanying persons must hold a passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date for the holiday. Winners and any accompanying persons must obtain all visas, permissions and any other documentation required for entering and staying in the destination country. The Radio Station is not liable for any costs associated with obtaining any such visas, permissions of documentation. Should the winner not be able to obtain the relevant permissions and visas to travel, the Radio Station reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
9. For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception.
10. Credit or debit card details are required to claim the Netflix prizes. See further note below.

Prize Terms and Conditions
Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser. Flights will depart from London Heathrow on Thursday 23rd February 2012, returning from Los Angeles on Tuesday 28th February 2012, arriving into London Heathrow on Wednesday 29th February 2012.
Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room (winners choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. At least one guest must be over the age of 21.
Personal Shopping trip is subject to availability at time of booking. Shopping experience will last six hours and is for the winner and friend.
Permission has been granted by the organisers for use as part of a sponsored promotion.
Certain elements of the trip will be covered by the organiser's insurance; it remains the responsibility of the people travelling to ensure they have full, comprehensive travel insurance in place prior to embarking on the trip.

Prize Terms and Conditions
You will need to set up your free 12 month subscription via www.netflix.co.uk and will need a credit/debit card in order to set up your account. You can cancel your subscription to Netflix at any time via their website, go to ‘Your Account’ and click on ‘Cancel membership’. If you choose to continue your subscription with Netflix after the free 12 month period ends, your subscription will automatically continue at £5.99 per month. No refunds or credits for partial months.
