RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at capitalfm.com apply to ‘The Lie-In on the Capital Breakfast Show’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from January 2012 to December 2012 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital London
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must
Send a text message with the keyword as given out on air by the presenter to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
4.    Dave and Lisa will describe a story, one of which is made up i.e. a lie. Listeners will be required to text in the appropriate keyword to vote for who they think is telling a lie. The text lines will be open for 5 minutes.  After the text lines are closed a winner will be selected at random from the correct entries and called back to play on air.
5.    If the selected winner is not available or cannot be contacted then another winner will be selected at random. If entrants fail to answer their phone or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random.  Winners will be required to talk to the presenter/s live on air to win.
6.     The winner will be announced on air when the presenters speak to them.
7.    Entrants may only enter once per mobile number. Multiple entries from any one mobile number in any one round will be excluded, leaving just one entry per number in the draw.

8.    Entrants must be over 16 years old

Prize:
The prize is 6 iTunes download codes.  These will be emailed to the winner.

They are subject to iTunes terms and conditions.

Global Radio reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize at any time.
