RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the Blue Air radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Saturday 22nd July 2017 to Sunday 30th July 2017 on Capital Manchester & Capital Liverpool.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to capitalfm.com, answer the multiple choice question and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:00 on Saturday 22nd July 2017 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 30th July 2017.

4.    Entrants will need to answer a multiple choice question.

5.    The winner will be chosen at random from all correct and eligible entries from all online entries from both Capital Manchester and Capital Liverpool and contacted by Capital FM.

Eligibility:

6.    Entrants must be 18 or over.

7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

8.    One winner will receive the prize of two return flights from Liverpool John Lennon Airport to either Milan (Bergamo - Orio al Serio International Airport), Rome (Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport), Alicante (Alicante–Elche Airport) Or Larnaca (Larnaca International Airport) with Blue Air.

9.    Both flights must be booked by August 31, 2017 . Contact details will be provided to the prize 
winner to proceed with the booking.

10.  Both flights, outbound (LPL to either BGY or FCO or ALC or LCA) and inbound (Either BGY or 
FCO or ALC or LCA to LPL) must be completed by 24t h March 2018, excluding July 28 - 
September 15, 2017 & December 15, 2017 - January 15, 2018.

11.  Reservation changes are not permitted after booking has been made.

12.  Blue Air will try to accommodate on dates selected but reserve the right to offer alternative dates.

13.  Travel is subject to availability and capacity control, and during peak travel periods as decided by Blue Air travel will not be allowed.

14.  The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers, and once booked travel is non-refundable and cannot be changed or transferred to any other passenger.

15.  All travel on Blue Air flights is subject to Blue Air general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage and the terms and conditions of contract contained on each ticket or itinerary.

16.  Winners must be in possession of a valid passport and visa, and, where necessary, must have the necessary vaccinations and inoculations together with documentation proving this. They must arrange comprehensive medical insurance cover for themselves for the duration of the travel.

17.  Tickets are valid for the winner and accompanied by one travelling companion. These terms and conditions apply to both the winner and the travelling companion.

18.  Travel insurance is not included.

19.  The winners will be responsible for their own travel to and from Liverpool John Lennon Airport, accommodation, transfers and other costs associated with the trip.

20.  Blue Air reserve the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this competition. Any tickets or vouchers issued free or at a price in the event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Blue Air.

22.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
