RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to the “Coca Cola Designated Driver” radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Wednesday 13th December to Sunday 17th December 2017 on the Capital Network (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition, the Entrant must go online and watch the Coca-Cola Designated Driver challenge video. They must then register their details and correctly answer a question based on the video.
4. Online entry will open at 14.15 on Wednesday 13th December and close at 23.59 on Sunday 17th December 2017.
5. 1 x winning entrants will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
6. The winner will be contacted via telephone on the number provided on Wednesday 20th December 2017. If they do not answer and Global do not hear back from winner by 17.30 on Friday 22nd December 2017, the prize may be forfeited and offered to another eligible entrant.
Eligibility:
7. Entrants and their guest must be aged 18 and over to claim this prize.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
9. 1 x Prize includes:
- Return travel for two people to London
- Return private transfers from the train station to the hotel
- Overnight accommodation at a 4-star centrally located hotel
- Breakfast for two people in the hotel restaurant
- Dinner for two people at Nopi, Soho, London
- Entrance for two people to Mahiki, Mayfair
- Cocktails for two people at Mahiki, Mayfair
Prize terms and conditions:
10. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays. Travel will be by train, must be off peak and booked a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
11. Transfers will be private and not shared with other passengers.
12. Hotel is classed as a 4 Star and is based on two adults sharing a double room (a twin room can be requested at the time of booking but not guaranteed) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
13. Dinner is based on two adults enjoying a 2-course meal from the Dinner menu including 1 glass of house wine per person, mineral water and coffee.
14. Mahiki is based on entrance fees and maximum of two cocktails per person. Entrance
is based on a right of admission reserved policy. Entrance to the venue cannot be guaranteed and is at the doorman’s discretion, people must be aged 18 and over. Passport ID may be required. Excludes sharing cocktails. Once 2 cocktails have been served, all other drinks and incidentals will be at the winner and their guests own expense.
15. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
Global reserves the right to substitute all prizes with another prize at its absolute discretion.
