Clearasil - Summertime Ball on Capital FM May 2017

RULES

  1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/  (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Clearasil radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 15th May  to Wednesday 24th May on Capital FM (the “Radio Station”).
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

  1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to Capitalfm.com, correctly answer a question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 15th May and close at 23:59 on Wednesday 24th May.
  2. In entering, all entrants agree to being photographed, interviewed and filmed and featured in post activity marketing material relevant to the Promotion if they are selected as a winner.
  3. 1 winner will be selected at random from all correct, eligible entries. Winner will be notified by telephone within 24 hours of the closing date and notified of the date and time of the event. If contact cannot be made with a winner via phone after 3 attempts the prize will be re-awarded to another entrant.
  4. Winner will need to confirm over the phone that they can attend the event on the date specified. The winner must be available to attend Capital’s Summertime ball on Saturday 10th June 2017.

 

Eligibility:

  1. Entrants must be over 16 and residents of the UK or Isle of Man. A parent or guardian must accompany any winners under 18 and must have a ticket to attend. 
  2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

  1. The prize is 2 x VIP tickets to Capital’s Summertime Ball at Wembley Stadium London for 2 people including a backstage tour and £250
  2. No accommodation or travel is included in the prize.

 

  1. 11.  Capital Summertime Ball tickets to be supplied by Global. Tickets will be for the day stated only and are non-transferable. 


 

  1. Cash will be provided via cheque or bank transfer to the named winner only.

 

  1. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
