RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Usher – The UR Experience radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 2^nd March until Thursday 5^th March (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is The Capital Network

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must Identify and text in, when they hear an Usher track played in full on the Capital Network as directed on air by the presenter(s). Listeners will have the length of the track to text.

4.   Send a text message with the keyword ‘USHER’ to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). The text system will not recognize any other format of the keyword

Text messages will be charged at £1.00 plus one standard rate message.

Text lines will open and close as directed by the presenter(s) on-air. If listeners text after the closing time they will not be entered but may still be charged. Global Radio is not responsible for any latency experienced by your mobile phone network, which may delay the delivery of your text message to us.

5.    From all eligible entries received, one entry with the correct answer will be selected at random from all entries and brought to air to be awarded the Prize.

6. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air.  If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

Eligibility:

6.    Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

7.    Entrants can enter each round of the competition a maximum of 3 times.    We strongly advise against excessive use.

Prize:

8. The total Prize pool consists of 4x Prizes, with 4 winners each receiving 1x Prize.

9. Each winner will receive: 1x pair of standard entry tickets see Usher – The UR Experience at the winner’s choice of venue/date below:

March 14^th 2015: Nottingham, UK (Capital FM Arena)

March 15^th 2015: Sheffield, UK (Motorpoint Arena)

March 17^th 2015: Glasgow, UK (The SSE Hydro)

March 18^th 2015: Newcastle, UK (Arena)

March 23^rd 2015: Manchester, UK (Manchester Arena)

March 24^th 2015: Birmingham, UK (NIA)

March 26^th 2015: London, UK (O2 Arena)

10. Food, travel and accommodation are not included. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or an alternative Prize.

11. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
