RULES
 
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ apply to ‘Carphone Warehouse’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Thursday 28th September 2017 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Capital Network.
 
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
 
Details of the Competition:
To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with their answer asked by the on air presenter to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”).
Texts messages will be charged at standard network rates.
The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
From all correct and eligible entries, one winner will be selected at random.
The winner will be announced on air and telephoned to be told they have won by Global Radio or NDL Group within 7 working days.
 
Eligibility:
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
 
Prize:
There will be one Prize: Supercar driving experience + £181
 
Prize includes:
Double supercar blast and hot ride driving experience for two people. Includes:
▪ Choice of cars including Ferrari 360 or 355, Lamborghini Gallardo, Audi, R8, Aston Martin, Ariel Atom
▪ 2 x three miles around the circuit
▪ High speed passenger ride in a hot hatch

Prize Terms and Conditions:
Subject to availability at time of booking and varies depending on venue. Must be booked at least 8 weeks in advance. Available at 15 selected locations only. Min age 17 or 18 (restrictions vary per venue, please check in advance). Min height 4'10'', max 6'4''. Max weight is 20 stone. A full British or EU licence must be produced to guarantee participation; some international licenses are accepted. In the event of cancellation, alternative dates will be arranged. Lasts for up to an hour including a briefing and six miles of driving. Supercars may vary from venue to venue.
All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
