Capital presents the Beatball Barbecue with the FAW Trust at the Capital FM Cardiff Bay Beach!

Every Sunday in August from 2pm, all the girls and ladies can join Capital Breakfast’s Polly plus an official FAW coach to get involved in Beatball while we play the hits!

There’s also a free bbq plus a chance to win a pair of Specsavers designer sunglasses!

Beatball

Combining dance, music and football skills, Beatball is a fun, energetic activity for girls. Each session is designed to provide the girls with a vibrant and friendly environment where they can move, express themselves and develop new skills whilst having a great time.

As well as coming and having lots of fun with us, there are many other great reasons to join Beatball - develop your confidence, self-esteem, friendships, health and teamwork but above all enjoy yourself!

The session:

Show off your best dance moves in the 15-minute dance warm up

Get ready for 35 minutes full of fun, fast paced football games

You’ll definitely need a 10-minute dance cool down after your session

Be a beatball leader!

The FAW are also looking for leaders or organisations to help setup beatball at new locations. If you think you can inspire girls through beatball, get in touch.
