TY HAFAN BUBBLE RUSH – CAPITAL FM SOUTH WALES – MAY 2018

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the Ty Hafan Bubble Rush radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Friday 11h May 2018 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM South Wales.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

Listen to Capital Breakfast on Friday 11th May and once announced on air, call the studio on 02920 949494 to enter the competition. Phonelines will be charged at standard network rate.

One entrant will be picked at random from the phonelines and selected to play on air. They will be required to talk to the presenter and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Communicorp, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another entrant will be selected at random. The winner will be contacted by telephone to discuss their prize after the competition has ended.

Eligibility:

Entrant must be 18 or over

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Must live in the CF or NP transmitter area.

Prize:

4 x places on Ty Hafans Bubble Rush at Coopers Field on Saturday 16th June 2018 plus a family room only on Saturday 16th June 2018 at the Holiday Inn, Schooner Way, Cardiff Bay plus a family climbing session at Boulders, Cardiff. The Boulders family climbing session is for 4 people and is valid until the 20th August 2018.

The winner will need to contact events@tyhafan.org or telephone 02920532282 to book the 4 places at the Bubble Rush. Tickets include race entry, t-shirt and medal at the finish line. (All participants will receive free bottled water and refreshment at the end of the event). Once registered through Tŷ Hafan you will be sent an email of confirmation and your briefing pack and race number in the post. These places are non-transferable and non-refundable.
