GLAMORGAN CRICKET, CAPITAL FM SOUTH WALES, JULY 2017

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to Glamorgan Cricket Street Stars radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Friday 14th July and Friday 21st July 2017. The "Radio Station" is Capital FM South Wales.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

Listen to Michelle on Drive from 4pm on the above two Fridays and once announced on air, call the studio on 02920 949494 to enter the competition. 

One entrant will be picked at random from the pool of entrants and taken to air each Friday. All entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Communicorp, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another entrant will be selected at random.  The winners will be contacted by telephone to discuss their prizes.

Eligibility:

Entrants must be 18 years or over.

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Must live in the CF or NP postal area.

Prizes:

Friday 14th July Prize: A VIP Experience for 4 people to the Glamorgan v Somerset game at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff on Saturday 15th July at 7pm which includes entry, 4 drinks tokens per person, access to private area and bar and sofa seating on the Cathedral Road Terrace.  This is to the value of £280.

Friday 21st July Prize: A VIP Experience for 2 people to Glamorgan v Essex game Eagles at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff on Sunday 23rd July at 2:30pm which includes entry, 4 drinks tokens per person, access to private area and bar and sofa seating on the Cathedral Road Terrace.  This is to the value of £280.

Tickets are valid for the selected match only.

Tickets will either be posted directly to winners or, upon prior arrangement, be available for collection from the venue collections desk.

Glamorgan CCC reserve the right to replace the prize with an equivalent prize without notice.

No purchase is necessary.

Tickets are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. No part or parts of the prize draw may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.

Glamorgan Cricket reserve the right to change or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Glamorgan Cricket will not be responsible if your entry to this prize draw is incomplete, lost, delayed or not received. We accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this prize draw, including any technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit your ability to participate in the prize draw.  

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, damage and/or personal injury suffered by the winner or any guests chosen to participate with the winner as a result of their participation in the prize draw and/or arising out of the winner's enjoyment of the prize.

Tickets are supplied by Glamorgan CCC. Glamorgan’s terms and conditions apply to all ticket claims for matches at The SSE SWALEC. We are not responsible for and do not accept any liability, either express or implied, in respect of such tickets.

You agree to be the subject of photographs and video footage to be used for promotional purposes of Glamorgan CCC T20 cricket matches.

The winner(s) and their guest must act within the framework of acceptable and proper behaviour during the course of the prize and comply with all rules and regulations laid down by those providing the elements of the prizes, including without limitation the ticket conditions.

Transport to and from the venue and all other incidentals associated with the event other than the hospitality provided, will be the responsibility of the winners and guests to arrange and not down to the responsibility of the Promoter or Glamorgan CCC.

Glamorgan Crickets decision as to the prize draw winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.

These terms and conditions are governed by English and Welsh Law and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts.
