RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the David Spear 7am Club radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on the following Mondays - 7th August, 11th September, 9th October, 13th November, 11th December, 15th January 2018, 12th February, 12th March, 9th April, 14th May, 11th June and 9th July. The "Radio Station" is Capital FM South Wales.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

Listen to the Capital Breakfast Show from 6am on the above Mondays where they will announce the location of the street stars with 100 free breakfasts to give away. If you get a free breakfast, tweet a picture with your breakfast and a thankyou to @CapSouthWales using #DavidSpear for your chance to win.

One tweet each month will be picked at random from all the eligible tweets to win. The winner will be contacted by direct message to get their details so we can contact them by phone to discuss their prize.

Eligibility:

Entrants must be 18 years or over

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Must live in the CF or NP postal area.

Prize:

£250 cheque. Cheques will be posted directly to the winner and can take up to 28 days delivery.
