RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to Cardiff International Pool radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on the 25th October 2014. The "Radio Station" is Capital FM South Wales.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

Listen to the Capital Breakfast Show on Friday 24th October and once announced on air, text the word ‘Pick’ to 83958. Texts will be charged at standard network rate.

Five entrants will be picked at random from the pool of entrants to win. All winners will be contacted after the show to discuss their prize.

Eligibility:

Entrants must be 16 year or over

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Must live in the CF or NP postal area.

Prize:

5 x family pool passes (family of four) for the Cardiff International Pool.

To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

Catch the Capital Street Stars at the Splashzone Pool Party at Cardiff International Pool on Saturday 25th October and play the beach games with Matt, Polly & Geraint.

If you win one of the games, your details will be taken on the iPad to win the iTunes vouchers.

Eligibility:

Prizes must be claimed by a person 18 years or over

There can only be one prize winner per game, no duplicate winners

Prize:

5 x £50 iTunes vouchers
