RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to the Bierkeller Cardiff radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on the following dates Friday 8th May, Friday 10th June, Friday 8th July, Friday 5th August, Friday 9th September, Friday 7th October, 31st Friday 4th November, Friday 9th December, Friday 6th January 2017, Friday 10th February, Friday 10th March and Friday 7th April (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital FM South Wales.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must:

Listen to Michelle at Drive on the above Friday dates from 4pm and once announced on air, call the studio on 02920 949494 to enter the competition.

One entrant with the correct answer will be picked at random from the pool of correct entrants. The winner will be contacted by telephone to discuss their prize. All entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Communicorp, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another entrant will be selected at random.

Eligibility:

Entrant must be 18 or over

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Must live in the CF or NP transmitter area.

Prize: A £250 tab to spend on food & drink at Bierkeller, Cardiff – subject to booking availability plus an overnight stay for 2 people at the Marriott Hotel, Cardiff on a Friday only including bed & breakfast and parking. Subject to availability and not valid on big event days/major holidays.
