Be A Star At The Tenovus Goodnight Walk

The biggest stars shine the brightest and now it's your turn to shine in Cardiff!

Be a star and join the Capital Breakfast Show’s Polly and our Street Stars for the Tenovus Goodnight Walk back for 2014 on Saturday 17th May.

And we’d love you to join in! 

Last year's event saw 500 walkers raise £40,000 to support cancer patients and their families and this year Tenovus are hoping to raise even more but need your help!



In the year since the last walk in Cardiff, it’s shocking to think nearly 20,000 people in Wales will have been told they have cancer. That means more lives turned upside down, more families in turmoil and more people that need support.

The money raised from the Goodnight Walk will help Tenovus give support, comfort and bring cancer treatments closer to home with their Mobile Cancer Support Units going out into local communities.

You can choose to do either the 5 or 10 mile route, starting and ending at Cardiff City Stadium. There are loads of activities planned for around the route and with hundreds of walkers joining in, it’s set to be a very Goodnight!



Registration is just £12 each and they ask you to pledge to raise a minimum sponsorship of £40 each. This year, there's also a group discount so for four people it's just £40.
